Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to all apps and games published by Zanyaran ("we", "our", or "us"). It explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information We Collect

Account information (optional). If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from that provider. Sign-in is optional; our apps work without an account.

Gameplay data. When you play a level we may record the following to improve our apps:

Level index and whether it was started or completed
Time taken to complete a level
Device platform (iOS / Android)
App version, device model, and OS version
Device language / locale

This data is collected on a sampled basis (not every session) and is not linked to your identity unless you are signed in.

In-app balance. If you are signed in, your in-app currency balance is stored on our servers so it syncs across devices.

2. Third-Party Services

Google AdMob. Our apps may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve personalised ads. You can opt out of personalised ads in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy → Apple Advertising; Android: Settings → Google → Ads). AdMob's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

Firebase (Google). We use Firebase for authentication (sign-in), Remote Config (feature flags), and App Check (fraud prevention). Firebase may collect technical information about your device. Firebase privacy information: firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

Google Sign-In / Sign in with Apple. If you choose to sign in, your authentication is handled by Google or Apple respectively. We do not see or store your password.

3. How We Use Your Information

To save your progress and balance across devices (requires sign-in)
To improve game difficulty and design based on aggregated gameplay statistics
To display advertisements that help fund our free apps
To prevent abuse via Firebase App Check

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the third-party services listed above, each of which has its own privacy policy, and only to the extent necessary to operate our apps.

5. Data Retention

Account and progress data is kept for as long as your account exists. Gameplay statistics are retained in aggregate form. You can request deletion of your account data at any time (see section 7).

6. Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Access / deletion: Email us at [email protected] to request access to or deletion of your data.
Sign-in is optional: You can use our apps without signing in; no account data is collected.
Ad personalisation: Opt out via your device's ad settings as described above.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
